By accessing the Zeryv interface you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.
2. Eligibility & restricted persons
The protocol's tokens are not offered to U.S. persons or residents of sanctioned jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. No advice, no offer
Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer of securities. Yields are variable, historical figures do not guarantee future performance, and digital assets involve risk of total loss.
4. Non-custodial software
The interface is a viewer onto smart contracts you interact with directly from your own wallet. We never take custody of your assets and cannot reverse transactions.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the interface is provided "as is" without warranties; we are not liable for losses arising from protocol use, network failures, or third-party services.
